10 years of development: single-family home, guesthouse, sports/recreation/dining facilities, plus campgrounds, and pensions; 200,000m²(50 acres) in real-estate holdings. A Sports Town (tennis, baseball, futsal) is underway and the Space House campus (47,900 m²(12 acres)) is to open October 2026.

History
2025-2026
Began development of a Sports Town integrating tennis courts, baseball fields, futsal grounds, featuring a new residential campus (≈12 acres), scheduled to open in October 2026 with priority access for CB investors and members.
September 2025
'Green Second House Inc.' established. Official launch of a membership-based second-home network across Korea’s key destinations, securing an initial portfolio of 30 properties nationwide.
July 2018
Launch of the 'Beach DC' brand. Rolled out a campground and outdoor leisure brand targeting younger travelers and families.
Septembe 2017
Haneul Farm Inc. founded. Expanded into farm operations, pensions, and guesthouses, introducing farm-stay and rural hospitality programs.
March 2014
Vision Development LLC established. Launched tourism & leisure real estate projects: cultural and leisure facilities, sports and recreation centers, wellness retreats, and dining venues.
