Can I purchase multiple Membership(Convertible Bonds; each $14,000)?
Yes. You may purchase as many units as you like, each issued in blocks of 30 points (equivalent to $14,000).
How many nights can I use with one Membership Unit (Convertible Bond)?
Each Unit provides 30 points per year, which equals 15–20 nights depending on the grade of stay. For example, if you choose only Golden Stays (1.5 points per night), you can enjoy up to 20 nights.
Can my family or friends use my Membership Unit?
Yes, family and friends can use your Unit. However, sublease, transfer, or resale is strictly prohibited.
What happens if I do not use all of my nights?
Unused nights expire at the end of each year. We encourage sharing them with family or friends.
Where are the available stay locations?
Homes are available in Incheon, Jeju, Gangneung, and Sejong, with a goal of securing over 100 houses nationwide.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations open on the 1st day of the month, three months before your stay. For example, bookings for April (1st–30th) open on January 1st.
Can I refund(redeem) my Membership Unit (Convertible Bond)?
Yes. 3 years after purchase, your Convertible Bond converts into preferred shares of the company. At that point, you may request redemption(in other words, cash out), and the value of your shares may increase as the company grows.
What is the membership fee?
Upon joining, you pay a $900 deposit via PayPal. After transferring the full membership fee of $14,000 following our company’s instructions, the initial $900 deposit will be refunded.
What is the difference between Premium Stay and Golden Stay?
Premium Stays are located in prime tourist destinations, ideal for special trips. Golden Stays are nature-friendly and efficient, perfect for weekends or short breaks.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Changes or cancellations are allowed up to 20 days before check-in. Cancellations within 20 days deduct the booked nights from your total points. Flight cancellations with proof are accepted as exceptions. Two no-shows may restrict your bookings for the year.
What benefits do I get if the company grows?
As membership grows, more houses will be added and your preferred share value may increase. From the time joining membership after 3 years, in-kind dividends(extra nights) will be granted: -members joining in 2025: receive 9 points (≈3 nights) -joining in 2026 and later: receive 6 points (≈2 nights).
