Membership Reservation Deposit — $100 (Pre-launch Price)

Secure your Green Second House membership priority with a refundable deposit before completing the full contribution.​​

• During the pre-launch period, the reservation deposit is $100.
  After the early-bird period ends, the deposit will increase to $800.

• Within 7 days after payment, you may proceed to sign the final contribution agreement.

• If you cancel after payment, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If your membership is successfully confirmed, we will refund your deposit minus the PayPal fee (4.4% + $0.30).

• No monthly maintenance fees.

• Annual usage rights (30 points per year, equivalent to 15–20 nights depending on property grade) are automatically granted after completion of the full contribution.
